Thanks for visiting the Aoraki Cheese website. We have been busy making and perfecting our goat cheeses over the past few months and are nearly ready to start selling. We will be starting local distribution on Thursday, January 23. We will be taking web orders and shipping those starting the week of 27 January.

We have had a lot people join our tasting panel to provide us with essential feedback as we develop and experiment with our different cheeses. We have put new registrations on hold for now, but you can still sign up to go on the waiting list for open spots in the future. Panelists will receive 100-300 grams of cheese approximately monthly depending on what we are making. We are working on developing our recipes and experimenting with cheeses and we'd love for you to part of the journey. Join the customer tasting panel now.
